Graduate School of Theology•Seminary
Saint John’s Graduate School of Theology•Seminary is committed to offering training in a mixed community of lay, religious and ordained, men and women, that reflects the Church they will serve. During our first 100 years we focused entirely on preparing men to serve the Church as priests.
Over the past 50 years, however, we have emerged as a leader in developing a theology of lay ministry and designing graduate education to prepare lay people called to do the work once done by priests and religious. This is the future of the Church, and our graduates are serving in parishes, schools hospitals and communities throughout the state, region, nation and world.
True to our vision of the Church as a collaborative community drawing on the gifts of all for the good of all, we cannot do this alone.
Our graduate students need your support and we invite you to make a gift.
