SJU Athletics and The J-Club

Saint John’s University has a rich tradition in NCAA Division III athletics. Members of the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, the Johnnies consistently compete for conference titles in twelve varsity sports. We have won five national championships and are proud to feature several academic all-Americans each year. By NCAA rules, Division III colleges and universities offer no athletic scholarships.

We invite all those who are fans of the Johnnies to consider making a gift to the athletic program or a gift to an individual varsity sport.

We also encourage you to become dues paying members of the J-Club. Founded in 1959, the J-Club boasts hundreds of alumni, parents and fans who have joined former letter winners in supporting SJU athletics. J-Club members also assist in identifying potential future Johnnie student-athletes and "getting the red out" at SJU athletic contests.
