The Arboretum

The vision of the Saint John's Arboretum is to celebrate and preserve the unique beauty and richness of God's creation in Central Minnesota and foster the Benedictine Tradition of land stewardship, education, and environmental respect.

Our mission is to preserve native and historical plant and wildlife communities of the Arboretum lands. To fulfill this mission we:

• Model practices of sustainable land use.
• Provide opportunities for education and research.
• Make accessible a natural environment which invites spiritual renewal
