Reunion Giving
Reunion giving is a great way to commemorate your experience at Saint John’s. It helps perpetuate the experience that you are celebrating – your gifts support current students.
Friendly – but vigorous! – competition among the various classes celebrating reunions on campus each fall is a hallmark of the program. The top-performing class is recognized during Reunion Weekend.
During reunion years, alumni often choose to increase their support. Many do this by joining the Fellows Society.
Like all gifts to the Saint John’s University Annual Fund, your reunion contributions are used immediately to enhance the one of a kind Johnnie experience. The Johnnie experience is far more than four years in a classroom. It’s about preparing young men to lead, serve and shape our world for the better. Now you have an opportunity to help today’s students and keep the tradition strong.
How It Works
Your class committee and class Fellows chair will lead a year-long fundraising and awareness effort before reunion in the fall. To participate, alumni celebrating a reunion during 2010 must make a gift before their reunion, Oct. 1-2, 2010. This ensures your gift will be counted toward your class gift.
Every gift, including those to all areas of campus, will count toward Reunion Giving participation. The highest priority for reunion giving is the Saint John’s Annual Fund, which provides unrestricted dollars to keep the Johnnie experience second to none. It does this by supporting the students’ academic experience, residential life experience and helps fund scholarships and financial aid packages.
Every gift matters. Make your gift today!
