The Saint John’s Annual Fund makes it possible for alumni, parents, and friends to deepen and renew their Saint John’s ties through annual gifts.

The 2008 Annual Fund has raised $2.8 million, the largest Annual Fund total in SJU history. More than 7,600 alumni, parents and friends contributed this year.
Why Give?
Annual fund gifts strengthen Saint John’s ability to serve students through scholarships, academic enrichment and extracurricular activities. Your gift will:
- Help make Saint John’s accessible to more than 1,700 Saint John’s students who receive scholarships each year.
- Continue the Saint John’s tradition of giving back to the community .
- Help Saint John’s participation rates – this makes us more competitive when applying for major grants from corporations and foundations
Benefits of Joining the Annual Fund
The main benefit is to make a difference for young men. However, as an Annual Fund donor, you also receive these additional benefits:
Fellows Society and Parent's Fund
Fellows Society members – the leaders of the Annual Fund – give $1,000 or more annually. Last year, 650 donors contributed $1,000 or more, accounting for over 60% of the annual fund support.
Parent’s Fund - Last year alone, parents of current and former students increased their giving to the Annual Fund by 20 percent over the year before.
