Dr. Derek Larson will speak about the colleges’ sustainability commitment and the growth in the environmental studies program at the annual Midwinter Luncheon.  Larson is an associate professor of history and environmental studies and founder of the environmental studies major at SJU and CSB.  Fr. Robert Koopmann, OSB, president of Saint John’s, and MaryAnn Baenninger, president of Saint Ben’s, will host the event.  The Midwinter Luncheon will be held Thursday, February 11 at 11:30 a.m. at Solera Restaurant in Minneapolis.
